About Me

I'm an artist, music producer, sound designer and filmmaker from London. I explore relationships between sound and image through music, films and writing.

I produce music with a focus on sample based collages, classic drum breaks and machines, synths, field recordings and dreamy atmospheres.

I use film to find and highlight ways sound and image reflect, represent, and respond to each other. I love using machines, mechanisms, movement, rhythms, harmony, dissonance, colour, texture and light to explore new ways of seeing things or highlight forms we take for granted.

I'm interested in how we conceptualise sound through visual and physical embodied experience. I studied this for my MA at Central Saint Martins and my BA at the University of Brighton where I received the Award of Excellence from Nagoya University of the Arts for my project Sounds are Objects, an ongoing project interpreting Lakoff and Johnson's conceptual metaphor theory to sound experience and creativity. I’m also heavily interested in education and helping others creatively and technically.

Through my company AMBER Sound & Image I produce location and post production sound for film as well as podcasts all over the world.

I've worked on a range of projects with incredible people such as Sin Wai Kin, Charles Jeffrey, AJ Tracey, Anthony Joshua, Tony Fadell, Cindy Crawford and King Charles. I've worked on projects for Paramount, Somerset House, Havas and The Commonwealth Secretariat, with work used for EE, Google, Octopus Energy, Nike, MLB and many more.

I always want to connect and create with other creatives, artists and producers. Reach out below or connect with me on Instagram.
